NEW PRESTON CONNECTICUT – The best shot of the day was a three frame stitch of a Church here. What I didn’t realize flying the drone was that I was right on top of the power cables that you see in the bottom of the frame. Power cables of the enemies of drones – they are too small to be seen by the obstacle avoidance system so it’s very easy to hit a cable and crash. A close call and I didn’t realize it.

WARREN CONNECTICUT – I used the opportunity presented by a good sunset today to photograph a friend’s house from its best angle, but an angle that is impossible from the ground.
