AIRBORNE between NEW YORK AND DUBAI – Well here we are with another travel day. If you are a loyal follower of this blog you know that travel days aren’t good for me, at least in terms of the one photo every day project. I deal with time changes by taking images in the middle of the day so there isn’t any controversy whether the new or old time zone applies. We have’t figured out how to handle crossing the international date line from West to East, but logically I should be permitted to skip a date without having skipped a day.

WEST PALM BEACH FLORIDA – A worse than usual travel day. The Federal Government seems to have started a job action in pursuit of the “sequester”. This has left air traffic controllers short-handed leading in our case to a three and one half hour delay for a two and one half hour flight from West Palm to LaGuardia. NEW MILFORD CONNECTICUT – I’m always finding the worse parts of this town. A fixer upper. Shot with my Leica S medium format camera and a 35mm lens.

TOBAGO CAYS – We chartered a fast boat for the the day to take us down to Tobago Cays where we snorkeled and had a picnic lunch. The trip back and forth was exceptionally rough. Altogether a fund day. Images with my Leica S.
