Woody,
I am using a small Primo as I have a problem with green…..
Seriously, never was able to control the outcome as well as I can with the Primo/Egg.

Bob – so far I’m ok with the extra large Green Egg. I’ve managed to sustain 200 degrees for hours, have figured out how to get 325 and 550, and Im experimenting with 800 and the pizza stone today. I blew out the felt gasket early; tried with none but found that the leakage made it hard to hold low temperature so I’ve installed the graphite impregnated fiberglass gasket. So far so good.
