NEW YORK NEW YORK – Many of you know that I’ve been closely associated with the James Beard Foundation over the past half-dozen years and that I’m a foodie. James Beard had a long-standing commercial relationship with the McIlhenny Company so Tabasco Sauce shows up in some unexpected places in his recipes. Here’s a modest example from the James Beard Foundation website: diver scallops with tabasco. I actually like the stuff and keep a bottle in my office to add some kick when the offerings from our cafeteria are too bland. Taken with my Sony Nex-7 and Leica 135mm APO Tele-Elmarit lens.
