WINGDALE NEW YORK – I drove over here today to drop Alexander off at the train station. This little hamlet is the home of the Harlem Valley Psychiatric Center, a vast property built by the State for the treatment of the mentally ill, which was closed in 1994. It’s genuinely spooky.
