WARREN CONNECTICUT – I love this time of year here. The color is gone. The landscape is buttoned down for the winter with the soft perennials cut back to the earth and leaves pilled making leaf mulch for future use. It feels thrifty and fugal. The view is monochrome, which resonates with my way of seeing. The deciduous forrest has become transparent, opening sight lines.
Day 2222 of one photograph every day for the rest of my life. One of the magical-seeming numbers. Day 2222 didn’t feel different that any other.
