NEW YORK NEW YORK – My Sony A7riii arrived yesterday – the latest and greatest “mirrorless” camera. It’s been highly rated by reviewers in terms of usability and image quality. I’ll be moving into to it and using it for the next month to see if it meets expectations. Today I had some walk around time with my Leica Monochrom.

NEW YORK NEW YORK – Still hanging out in Washington Heights. I took a break to explore on foot today and found nice additions for my security cameras and alleys projects. As usual all images are with my Leica Monchrom camera and 50mm Luxochron lens.

NEW YORK NEW YORK – I found some good light and shadows on Park Avenue in the 50s (actually in front of the Racquet & Tennis Club), and then security cameras a few blocks away. I’m doing a project on security cameras. I’m suddenly noticing them everywhere – my posts for July 14 and 13 also include security cameras.
Day 2100 of one photograph every day for the rest of my life. One of those nice round numbers.
